Tony has been in Chartered Accountancy since 1971 and has been a Partner in public practice since 1985. His specialties include small business consulting advice, business development processes and superannuation administration.  As an ASIC registered company auditor and SMSF auditor, Tony is the auditor of all types of entities - SME's, superannuation funds, not-for-profit organisations.  He also performs specialist audit-based assignments, including Government funding reviews, trust account audits and internal control review & evaluation functions.

Wayne has been in Chartered Accountancy since 1974 and has been a Partner in public practice since 1988. In addition to his extensive experience in small business consulting & advice, Wayne has a considerable passion for exhibition display home village and strata plan administration.  As our primary IAPA contact, Wayne has helped establish Australian businesses & operating structures for numerous overseas based clients and their Australian operating entities. Wayne is also an ASIC registered company auditor and SMSF auditor.  Having completed additional studies in superannuation and Self-Managed Superannuation to meet ASIC criteria to provide personal advice, Wayne continues to provide clients with advice regarding their superannuation needs.

Alagu Ramanathan, CA

Alagu is both a Chartered Accountant and qualified Financial Planner who has been in the accounting profession since 2005 and at Castletons since early 2013. Her passion is providing business development, taxation and other advice to business clients across a broad range of areas - including business and personal taxation, superannuation, small business consulting and business structures.  She wants her clients to grow and prosper.  Alagu has also completed additional studies in superannuation and Self-Managed Superannuation to meet ASIC criteria to provide personal advice, enabling her to continue providing her clients with advice regarding their superannuation needs.
